Paul Hodson, Laura Pfrommer, and Patrick Ireland form a strong Republican team committed to experienced, collaborative leadership for Egg Harbor Township. Hodson and Pfrommer bring nearly four decades of combined service on the Township Committee, having worked side-by-side for more than a decade. Ireland joins them as the third Republican candidate for the November 3rd general election, adding fresh perspective grounded in education, military service, and community involvement.

Committeeman Paul Hodson A 45-year resident of Egg Harbor Township, Paul has a distinguished background in public safety and military service. A former Somers Point Police Officer and President of PBA Local 77, he served as a Detective in the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. A 33-year U.S. Army Reservist who retired as Lieutenant Colonel, Paul has served 21 years on the Township Committee, including as Mayor and Deputy Mayor. He currently serves on the Planning Board, Municipal Utilities Authority (MUA), and Veterans Advisory Board.

Mayor Laura Pfrommer A 43-year resident of Egg Harbor Township, Laura is an accounting professional and graduate of Richard Stockton University. She has served 15 years on the Township Committee, including terms as Mayor and Deputy Mayor. Laura is an active member of the Emergency Management Team, serves on the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA), and contributes to the Planning Board and Green Team.

Committeeman Patrick Ireland A long-time resident of Egg Harbor Township, Patrick is a proud husband to Lynsey Ireland and father of four.  Patrick has been deeply involved in local schools and community life. He served with honor in the U.S. Air Force and is a dedicated member of the American Legion. Elected to the Egg Harbor Township Board of Education in 2020, he has contributed to budget, personnel, policy, and strategic planning. He also served on the Township Planning Board before being appointed to the Township Committee in June 2026 to fill an unexpired term. Ireland brings a strong focus on education, veterans’ support, and township improvement through smart and responsible planning.
